    Shipping Information for Tailor-Made Dresses

    Whether you choose a standard size or give us your custom measurements, all our dresses suits are personally tailored for you from scratch. Because of this, shipping time and our return policy are different for these special items.
    Shipping Time
    Total Shipping Time is based on the time it will take to tailor your dresses + the time taken for the finished dress to be shipped to you.
    Wedding Party & Special Occasion Dresses，Wraps
    It will take 7-9 working days to tailor your dresses and wraps by our professional dressmakers. It will then take about 3-8 working days for the package travel from our facilities to your destination, the exact shipping time is based on the shipping company (UPS, DHL, TNT ,etc) standard.

    Wedding Dresses
    It will take 13-15 working days to tailor your dresses by professional dressmaker. Also it will take about 3-8 working days for the package travel from our facilities to your destination, the exact shipping time is based on the shipping company (UPS, DHL, TNT ,etc) standard.

    Return Policy

    Order Cancellations
    We understand that ordering a dress for your special occasion is an important undertaking, and our cancellation policy was created with this in mind. However, it is important to note that our dresses are made to order, and once the creation process has begun the materials cannot be reused. The good news is that after placing your order, there is still time to make up your mind. Please refer to our cancellation policy below for details.
    Our Cancellations Policy
    - Orders canceled within 24 hours of payment confirmation* will be eligible for a full refund.
    - Orders canceled 1-3 days after payment confirmation will be eligible for a partial refund consisting of the full shipping cost and 50% of the product purchase price.
    - Orders canceled after 3 days of payment confirmation will be eligible for a partial refund consisting of the full shipping cost.
    - Once your order has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled.
    If you would like to cancel your order, please contact our customer service (dressthat@gmail.com or Online Chat to proceed.
    *When you receive an email from Dressthat.com titled "Payment Confirmation for Order#_______ with Dressthat.com", your payment has been confirmed.
    Returning For Replacement or Refund
    Your satisfaction is of utmost importance to us. Upon the arrival of your package, we encourage you to check and make sure that the dress has been made to your order specifications. Try on your dress as soon as possible without removing the tags, altering, or washing the dress.
    If you are returning or exchanging dresses or accessories, please make sure they are in their original condition - unworn, unwashed, unaltered, undamaged, clean, free of lint and hair and with tags intact and attached.
    Defective, Damaged or Misshipped Items
    You are eligible for a refund of the full purchase price plus shipping costs for defective, damaged or mis-shipped items. If you believe your items were damaged during delivery, you must first obtain "Proof of Damage" documentation from your delivery carrier.
    Sizing or Fitting Issues
    As all of our dresses are hand-sewn and custom tailored, the finished gown may vary by approximately one (1) inch in either direction of the specified measurements. To ensure that your dress will still fit you perfectly, our tailors have created all our dresses with additional fabric in the seams to allow minor size modifications to be made easily.
    Dress is not the size you ordered
    Should your dress size differ from the specifications of your order by more than one inch, we encourage you to find a local tailor to make adjustments, and we will gladly reimburse you for up to 100% of the product price in tailoring costs. If you choose this option, please remember to request a receipt from your tailor as a copy of it must be provided when requesting reimbursement.
    Dress is the size you ordered but does not fit
    Dresses that do not fit properly but fit the specifications you ordered cannot be returned or exchanged.
    As our dresses are made with additional fabric in the seams, you can make minor adjustments at a local tailor, at your own cost.
    Please note: if your order specifications differ too greatly from the final sizing request, resizing may not be possible.
    Color Mismatch
    The settings of your computer screen may alter the color of the pictures shown on Dressthat.com. Slight color mismatches between the color of your dress and the color shown on screen may not mean that the dress is defective or misshipped. However, if you are confident that you have received the item in a wrong color, please contact Customer Service to see if a return or refund is possible.
    Overdue Products
    If for any reason, your order was not shipped within the time stated and arrives late, but not by more than 10 days, you will be eligible for a complete refund, or a 30% reimbursement upon the delivery of the overdue product. If the product is overdue by more than 10 days, customers are eligible for a full refund. If the dress is not returned, only the shipping fee is paid by customers.
    Return Process
    1) Contact our customer service within 7 days of your order's delivery date*. Include an explanation and photographs documenting the reason for the return. Returns will not be accepted without prior approval from Customer Service.
    *When you receive an email from Dressthat.com entitled "Shipment Notification for order#XXXXXXX with Dressthat.com," your order has been shipped.
    2) Once Customer Service has approved your request, please send the item and the completed Product Return Form back to us as soon as possible.
    3) Once received at our facility, your return will be processed in 3 to 5 business days. Once your return is confirmed and inspected, please allow up to two billing cycles for it to be credited to your account. Items returned in unacceptable condition we will not be processed as refunds and will be shipped back to you.

    All our dresses are fully lined and structured to hold their shape and flatter your figure. Our full-skirted dresses use a hard net lining underneath a soft fabric that feels comfortable against the skin.

    This was my first time ordering any clothing online so I was quite anxious, although in the end I had no reason to be. My dress, which I ordered in black, came right on the day it was expected. It was absolutely gorgeous! First of all, it was well packed and fit perfectly as I got it custom made. The chiffon fabric seemed to be very high quality so it draped beautifully.     I ordered this dress in ice blue. The dress arrived ahead of the delivery date, but the construction of the dress was not exactly great, there are some flaws. I had to take it to a tailor shop to modify. This was my only issue with the dress, because of their excellent service, I would definitely order from them again. Mistakes happen, and their quick resolution to the problem was really impressive. I didn't have time to order the custom dress, but I'll be sure and do so in the future.     Very beautiful dress for the price. It's a wow kind of dress, especially the special design around the halter neckline, beading sequins embellished, look shinning.     After several days of shipping, i got the dress today. I ordered this dress with custom sizes for my daughter - firstly, I was quite nervous about quality, i'd prefer to try it then buy. But this time, i was made to be brave to shop here because of the pretty dress. From the photo, it fit perfectly and the color is stunning which is the same as the real dress, my daughter love it so much. And thanks for your good skill to make my dress so beautiful as my imagine. i can't wait to wear it and give so big surprise to my friends, they can't believe i got this one at $135.99.     I got the for my sister. She said she got so many compliments on the party. The dresses were very well made and the only bad thing I can say is that they were a little long, but that was no big deal. I have it tailored in store.     This dress was absolutely beautiful. It looks much better than the pic. Although we ordered the dress just according the size charts, the dress fit like we ordered it special order.     Absolutely stunning dress! I ordered this dress in black in a size 4 (based on the size chart provided), and I am normally a size 8 or 10. I was worried the dress will be too small, but it's not.
