I orderded this dress and thought I measured exactly as the way they said. Although the dress was beautiful and quality made, it was way to big in the bustline. I sent a picture and they allowed me to send it back for a full refund. I am impressed with their customer service, didn't expect them to be so responsive. They were really very good. I ordered this dress in black and had it custom fit. It is just incredible. I ordered it for a cruise that we are taking at the end of the month. I couldn't be more pleased. I wish I would have known about this website when my kids got married. This dress fits perfectly and I like it so much more than dresses I bought. I am a fan, for sure!
